The most common Anti Two Block Switch, or A2B Switch, used on most PAT, Krueger, or Hirschmann systems on Grove, National, Manitex and other cranes. The switch will have a label or will be stamped into the metal on the back with the numbers 031-002-060-011 OR 31-002-06-0011. The Grove / Manitowoc part number is 9333102230. Attaches with twelve feet of three core wire. This item is IN STOCK.

Anti Two Block Switch Brochure

The iSENS HES anti-two block switch assists in preventing equipment damage due to the hook block contacting the boom tip on cranes and other lifting equipment. The electrical switch element is completely sealed in the housing. The housing is made of a corrosion- proof, light metal alloy and is treated and coated making it resistant to the damaging affects of the environment.

Refer to drawing below.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOn the back side of the cable reel, open the strain relief attached to the axle in the center of the drum. Pull existing length cable out of the cable reel.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePull new A2B length cable through the hole, pipe and strain relief and push it through the axle of the reeling drum. Tighten strain relief to ensure sealing.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eReconnect the length cable to the slip-ring.
