This Shipping Policy applies to any order, purchase, receipt, delivery, or use of any products (“Order") sold through the BTS Crane Parts Inc online store (“Seller”) and the buyer (“Buyer”) named in the attached quotation, sales confirmation, or invoice.
Shipment Processing Time
The Order will be processed within 1-3 business days if the products are in stock. Buyer must call Seller to confirm stock of the items they require urgently. The Order will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If Seller is experiencing a high volume shipments, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, Seller will contact Buyer via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Other Shipping Options
Shipping charges for the Order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipments generally ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If Buyer requires a different shipment method, Buyer must contact Seller to arrange this.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Seller ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Seller is unable to ship to USPS PO boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email, once the Order has shipped, containing tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Seller does not currently ship outside the U.S.
