Crane Angle Sensor Installation Instructions (SAMPLE)

1. Remove cover from PAT Hirschmann Cable Reel
2. Disconnect the JST angle sensor connector from the X4 terminal.
3. Remove current angle sensor assembly, mounting plate, and JST angle sensor connector from the cable reel housing
4. Install new angle sensor 064-090-061-451 in place of previously removed angle sensor.
5. Do not reinstall board on new angle sensor mounting plate.
6. Route JST connector assembly around the length potentiometer and reconnect to the X4 terminal.
7. Use the adjustment screws to ensure the top of the angle sensor plate is parallel with the boom. (if necessary, readjust angle sensor until the angle displayed on console reads 0°)
8. Reinstall cover on Cable Reel.
